For online coaching interviews it is enough to;

  • Creating a quiet environment where no one will disturb you,
  • Allocate 1-1.5 hours according to the flow of the conversation.
When starting our conversations, we first make a 15-20 minute phone call. In this meeting, we talk about the reasons for needing coaching. The 20-minute study also helps us set their agenda. Second, we determine the appropriate day and time for our programs. Optionally, we make our calls for 7 days, 10 days, 14 days with a skype program and video. Online calls are no different from face-to-face meetings. In fact, it is more advantageous as the time loss and fatigue level are reduced.
